About the Delivery Boy Role
As a delivery boy for Zepto in Harlur, you pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Harlur and the surrounding Bengaluru area. Everything runs through the Zepto app: it shows you where to pick up, where to deliver, and how much you have earned so far. Pay for this position is ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month, based on the volume of work you complete in Harlur.

Responsibilities
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Hand over orders directly to the customer or as instructed
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option

- Return undeliverable orders to dark stores as per the app's instructions
- Ride at a safe speed even when the delivery window is tight
- Report wrong addresses, delays, or damaged orders through the app immediately
