This role covers Swiggy Instamart's BTM delivery zone in Bengaluru. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹29,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- PAN card
- Age 18+
- Good communication
- Smartphone with internet access
