Zepto is expanding in BTM 2, Bengaluru and hiring delivery riders to deliver from dark stores across the area.
Overview of the Delivery Rider Position
Zepto keeps the process consistent for every order: accept, pick up, deliver, confirm. Once you have done a few, it becomes routine. Incentive programs vary by city and time of year, and eligible delivery riders in Bengaluru see them reflected in the app. Monthly earnings for delivery riders with Zepto in BTM 2 usually land between ₹34,000–₹42,000, paid out weekly.
The full-time option gives delivery riders in Bengaluru the most hours and the widest access to Zepto's incentives.
Responsibilities
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Check that the order is sealed or packed properly before leaving dark stores
- Accept orders promptly when they appear in the app
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or desk mentioned in the order
- Deliver orders without opening or tampering with the packaging
- Reach dark stores within the pickup time shown in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Address proof
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
