Key Responsibilities
- Pick up food and grocery orders from Zepto partner stores across Amroha and deliver them promptly to customers.

- Maintain the Zepto delivery kit – insulated bag, order receipt, and mobile device – in excellent condition.
- Update order status in real time on the Zepto app, ensuring customers receive accurate ETAs.
- Provide courteous, friendly service that reflects Zepto’s brand values in every interaction.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery transactions securely and reconcile daily earnings.
- Report any issues, such as missing items or delivery challenges, to the Amroha support team immediately.
