Swiggy Instamart is scaling up its SG Highway operations and needs dependable delivery riders who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order, whether that's a hot meal or a quick grocery run. New joiners usually shadow an experienced rider for the first couple of shifts before working solo. Both morning and evening shift slots are usually available, so you can pick what fits your routine.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores and grocery outlets promptly
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike, scooter, or scooty
- Age 18 years or above
- PAN card
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes in SG Highway
