Swiggy is scaling up its Nirma University operations and needs dependable delivery executives who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order, whether that's a hot meal or a quick grocery run. New joiners usually shadow an experienced rider for the first couple of shifts before working solo. Peak-hour shifts tend to bring in more orders, so many partners prioritise lunch and dinner windows.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants and cloud kitchens promptly
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
What You Need
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Smartphone with active internet access
- Good communication skills
- Aadhar card
- Age 18 years or above
- PAN card
