Job Description
Swiggy is Looking for Delivery Riders in CG Road, Ahmedabad
Swiggy is on the lookout for reliable delivery riders to handle deliveries across CG Road and nearby areas in Ahmedabad. If you enjoy being on the move rather than sitting behind a desk, this delivery rider position could suit you well. Monthly earnings for this delivery rider role typically range from ₹32,000–₹39,000, depending on the number of orders completed.
As a delivery rider for Swiggy in CG Road, you'll pick up orders from nearby partner restaurants and cloud kitchens and deliver them to customers across CG Road and the surrounding Ahmedabad area. Most delivery riders complete several deliveries per shift using the Swiggy partner app for navigation and order tracking, with the app also showing nearby order clusters so you can plan your route without much guesswork. Peak-hour shifts tend to bring in more orders, so many partners prioritise lunch and dinner windows.
Key Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants and cloud kitchens promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Smartphone with active internet access
- Good communication skills
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Own bike, scooter, or scooty
Beyond the per-delivery earnings, delivery riders get weekly payouts, so you're never waiting long for your money. Many also qualify for performance bonuses once they build up a delivery history, and the flexible shift system means you can work around other commitments like studies, a second job, or family responsibilities.
Deliveries under this role are concentrated in CG Road and adjoining residential and commercial pockets of Ahmedabad. No interview, no fees — onboard within 24 hours.
