You will usually carry one order at a time, with the app queuing the next pickup from dark stores as soon as you complete a drop. In-app support is available for issues like a delayed order at dark stores, a wrong address, or a customer who cannot be reached. You can expect ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month in this role, paid out in weekly instalments through the Zepto app.
Expect full-time hours: regular daily shifts in Bhadra, with your schedule still set by you inside the app.
Responsibilities
- Park safely outside dark stores and customer locations
- Maintain the delivery bag in clean, usable condition
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the order
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or house listed in the order
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Keep the order upright and stable during the ride
- Deliver orders without opening or tampering with the packaging
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Address proof
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Aadhaar or Voter ID card
