About the Role
Alphareach Technologies is hiring Field Recruiters in Chennai for Blinkit rider hiring (direct deployment). You will source and onboard delivery riders for a quick-commerce platform and work towards daily and monthly hiring targets.
Fixed salary: ₹22,000 per month, plus attractive performance-based incentives linked to riders completing 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Deployment: you will work directly on the Blinkit hiring assignment through Alphareach Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit delivery riders through field visits, local networks, referrals and other sourcing channels
- Identify and engage potential candidates for Blinkit rider onboarding
- Counsel candidates on the onboarding process, earning opportunities and joining requirements
- Coordinate rider documentation, KYC verification, onboarding and activation
- Follow up with onboarded riders so they start delivering and complete the 20 rides required for incentive eligibility
- Track hiring performance, rider activation and incentive milestones
- Achieve assigned hiring and activation targets within defined timelines
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Good communication, convincing and candidate-handling skills
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to conduct field sourcing activities across Chennai
Nice to Have
- Existing network of riders or rider referral sources in Chennai
- Own two-wheeler for field visits
- Fluency in Tamil
