Alphareach Technologies is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive for field hiring of delivery riders on the Blinkit assignment in Chennai. You will be deployed directly on the project.
The salary is fixed at ₹22,000 per month. Performance incentives are added for every rider who completes 20 rides, under the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Build a steady pipeline of rider candidates through on-ground sourcing
- Use referrals from existing riders to reach new candidates
- Run quick eligibility checks and move suitable candidates to onboarding
- Ensure documentation and KYC are complete before activation
- Keep in touch with new hires until they finish 20 rides
- Review your sourcing channels each week and focus on the ones that work
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Strong conversational skills in a field setting
- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
- Available for full days of on-ground work in Chennai
Nice to Have
- Prior talent acquisition, staffing or bulk hiring experience
- Own two-wheeler
- Tamil fluency
