Good riders rarely walk in on their own. A Rider Sourcing Executive goes out and finds them: at tea stalls, auto stands, hostels, construction sites, local shops and anywhere else people are looking for steady earnings.
Alphareach Technologies is hiring Rider Sourcing Executives for the Blinkit rider hiring assignment in Chennai, with direct deployment on the project.
The role pays ₹22,000 per month fixed. You also earn incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, as defined in the applicable incentive plan.
Hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify places in your zone where potential riders spend time
- Start conversations, share the opportunity and collect contact details
- Run small sourcing drives with pamphlets or WhatsApp groups when needed
- Pass interested candidates through to documentation and onboarding
- Follow up with sourced candidates who have not yet joined
- Record the source of every candidate so the team knows what works
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Outgoing, friendly and not shy about approaching people
- Comfortable with full days of field work in Chennai
- Honest and clear when explaining earnings and requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience in field sales, promotions or door-to-door work
- Own two-wheeler
- Ability to speak Tamil
