About the Role
Have you worked in quick commerce or food delivery before, as a rider, team lead, hub staff member or recruiter? Alphareach Technologies is hiring Quick Commerce Recruiters for the Blinkit rider hiring assignment in Chennai, and your background will give you a head start.
Prior quick-commerce experience is a plus, not a requirement. Freshers are welcome too and will learn the process on the job.
The salary is ₹22,000 per month fixed, plus incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, according to the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit riders for quick-commerce delivery in Chennai
- Use what you know about rider concerns to answer candidates' questions
- Take candidates through documents, KYC and onboarding
- Follow up until new riders complete 20 rides
- Suggest ways to improve rider sourcing based on your experience
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Understanding of what delivery riders look for, or a willingness to learn it
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Willing to work in the field across Chennai

- Work experience at Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or a similar platform
- Existing rider contacts
