About the Role
Every order that reaches a customer within minutes needs a rider on the road, and someone has to find that rider first. As a Rider Recruiter with Alphareach Technologies, that someone is you.
You will be deployed directly on our Blinkit rider hiring assignment in Chennai, meeting people who want to earn through delivery work and helping them get on the road.
The pay is a fixed ₹22,000 every month. On top of that, you earn performance incentives when the riders you bring in complete 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Timings are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and most of your day is spent in the field across Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
- Find people interested in delivery work through field visits, referrals and local contacts
- Explain to each candidate how rider earnings work and what joining involves
- Collect documents and complete KYC so riders can be onboarded without delays
- Call new riders in their first week until they finish their first 20 rides
- Keep a daily count of riders sourced, onboarded and activated
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Comfortable talking to strangers and explaining things simply
- Happy to spend most of the working day outdoors across Chennai
- Basic smartphone skills for calls, WhatsApp and document photos
Nice to Have
- Previous rider or driver hiring experience
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
