About the Role
Join Alphareach Technologies as a Rider Hiring Executive on the Blinkit assignment in Chennai.
This is a target-driven field role. You will own a part of the rider pipeline, from the first conversation with a candidate to the day that rider completes their twentieth delivery.
You get a fixed salary of ₹22,000 a month. Riders you hire who complete 20 rides also earn you performance incentives under the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will be deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring through Alphareach Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan where to source each day based on where riders are needed
- Hold short conversations with candidates and screen them for the role
- Move candidates through documentation, KYC and onboarding the same day where possible
- Follow up daily with newly activated riders until they hit 20 rides
- Update your hiring tracker and report progress to the team lead
- Meet daily and monthly hiring and activation targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply
- Good communication and a convincing manner
- Comfortable working against numbers and deadlines
- Able to work in the field through the day
Nice to Have
- Background in sales, field marketing or hiring
- Own two-wheeler for faster travel between locations
- Comfort maintaining a simple tracker in Excel or Google Sheets
