About the Role
Quick commerce runs on speed, and speed depends on having enough riders in the right places. Alphareach Technologies is hiring Recruitment Executives for quick commerce to keep Blinkit's Chennai operation staffed.
You will be deployed directly on the Blinkit rider hiring assignment and work towards daily and monthly targets set by the project.
Pay is a fixed ₹22,000 per month. You also receive performance incentives when riders you recruit complete 20 rides, according to the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
We are open to freshers and experienced candidates. If you have worked with Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Zomato or a similar platform, you will settle in quickly, but it is not required. Apply Now →

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit delivery riders to meet quick-commerce demand in Chennai
- Prioritise sourcing in areas where rider shortages are reported
- Take candidates through screening, documents, KYC and onboarding
- Follow up until each new rider is active and completes 20 rides
- Report hiring progress daily and adjust your plan to targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Interest in how delivery and e-commerce businesses run
- Target-focused and comfortable with a fast pace
- Willing to work in the field across Chennai
Nice to Have
- Experience with any quick-commerce or food delivery platform
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
