A rider hiring drive has many moving parts: candidates arriving, documents pending, KYC in progress and new riders waiting to go live. A Recruitment Coordinator keeps all of it on track.
Alphareach Technologies is hiring Recruitment Coordinators for rider hiring on the Blinkit assignment in Chennai. You will be deployed directly on the project and split your time between field sourcing and coordination.
You will earn ₹22,000 per month fixed, plus incentives linked to riders completing 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidates between sourcing, documentation and onboarding
- Track every candidate's status and chase pending documents
- Schedule follow-up calls so new riders reach 20 rides
- Join field sourcing drives when hiring targets need extra push
- Prepare daily status updates for the team lead
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both considered
- Very organised, with good attention to detail
- Clear communicator on calls and in person
- Comfortable with some field work in Chennai
Nice to Have
- Experience in coordination, operations or recruitment admin
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluency in Tamil
