India's gig workforce is growing fast, and delivery riding is one of the most common ways people join it. Alphareach Technologies is hiring Gig Workforce Recruiters in Chennai to recruit riders for Blinkit.
You will be deployed directly on the Blinkit rider hiring assignment, helping people who want flexible income get started as delivery riders.
This is a salaried role: ₹22,000 fixed every month, plus performance incentives when your recruits complete 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit people looking for flexible, gig-based earning into delivery riding
- Talk through how gig earnings, timings and payouts work
- Complete documentation and KYC for every candidate who signs up
- Help new riders settle in and reach their first 20 rides
- Spot patterns in why riders stay or leave and share them with the team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Understanding of what gig workers look for in a job
- Good communication and a supportive approach
- Ready for daily field work across Chennai
Nice to Have
- Network among gig workers, drivers or delivery riders
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
