About the Role
Alphareach Technologies is hiring Field Recruiters for quick commerce, working directly on the Blinkit rider hiring assignment in Chennai.
Quick-commerce stores need riders close by at all hours of demand. Your job is to find those riders in the neighbourhoods around the stores and get them active quickly.
You will be paid ₹22,000 per month as fixed salary. Riders you bring in who complete 20 rides earn you performance incentives under the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Source riders who live close to the stores that need them
- Speak with candidates about earnings, shifts and joining steps
- Finish documentation and KYC quickly so riders can start the same week
- Follow up on new riders until they complete 20 rides
- Report daily on riders hired and activated in each area
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Comfortable working in the field throughout the day
- Good communication with a friendly, direct style
- Target-minded and consistent
Nice to Have
- Understanding of how dark stores and quick delivery work
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
