About the Role
Alphareach Technologies is hiring Rider Hiring Coordinators for the Blinkit assignment in Chennai. Candidates from Valasaravakkam, Virugambakkam, Porur and Alwarthirunagar are encouraged to apply.
This role sits between field sourcing and onboarding. You will source riders yourself and also keep track of every candidate in your pipeline, so nobody slips through the cracks between their first conversation and their twentieth ride.
The salary is ₹22,000 per month fixed, and incentives are paid for riders who complete 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with direct deployment on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Source riders in the field and through referrals
- Coordinate each candidate's documents, KYC and onboarding
- Maintain a pipeline tracker showing every candidate's stage
- Follow up with new riders until they complete 20 rides
- Highlight bottlenecks to the team lead early
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both considered
- Organised and good at keeping track of many people at once
- Clear communicator, on the phone and in person
- Willing to work across Chennai
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating hiring or operations
- Comfort with Google Sheets
- Fluency in Tamil
