T. Nagar is one of the busiest places in Chennai, which makes it a great place to meet people looking for work. Alphareach Technologies is hiring Rider Acquisition Executives for the Blinkit assignment and welcomes applicants living near T. Nagar, Pondy Bazaar, West Mambalam and Kodambakkam.
You will be deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring, bringing new riders onto the platform and helping them become active.
Compensation is ₹22,000 per month fixed, with incentives for riders who complete 20 rides under the applicable incentive plan. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The role covers all of Chennai, and your area will be confirmed when you join.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new riders through conversations in high-footfall areas
- Work with shopkeepers and local contacts to get referrals
- Handle documents, KYC and onboarding for interested candidates
- Follow up until each rider is active and has completed 20 rides
- Keep track of which spots bring in the best candidates
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply
- Confident in crowded, busy environments
- Good communication and people skills
- Ready to work wherever you are allocated in Chennai
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with central Chennai's shopping streets
- Own two-wheeler
