Alphareach Technologies is hiring Field Recruitment Officers for the Blinkit rider hiring assignment in Chennai. Applicants living near Saidapet, Guindy, Little Mount and Nandanam are welcome.
Saidapet's busy market, railway station and the stretch of Anna Salai nearby make it a natural place to meet working people. You will turn those everyday conversations into rider hires.
The role comes with ₹22,000 per month fixed, and incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, according to the applicable incentive plan.
Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will be deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out field recruitment around markets, stations and main roads
- Speak to candidates about the role and check basic eligibility
- Process documents, KYC and onboarding for new riders
- Follow up until each new rider completes 20 rides
- Submit a short report of your field activity each day
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Confident speaker who is comfortable in public places
- Good discipline in reporting and follow-up
- Willing to work across Chennai
Nice to Have
- Earlier field or recruitment experience
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
