Alphareach Technologies is hiring Fleet Hiring Executives for Blinkit rider hiring in Chennai. Candidates living near Porur, Valasaravakkam, Ramapuram and Iyyappanthangal are encouraged to apply.
Porur sits at the meeting point of several busy roads and growing residential areas, and new families and young job seekers are moving in all the time. That makes it a good base for finding riders.
The role pays ₹22,000 per month fixed. Incentives are earned for riders who complete 20 rides, according to the applicable incentive plan. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
You will be deployed directly on the Blinkit assignment. The role covers all of Chennai, and your area allocation is confirmed at joining.

Key Responsibilities
- Hire riders to strengthen the delivery fleet in your allocated area
- Run sourcing activities in newly built residential areas and along main roads
- Guide candidates through documents, KYC and onboarding
- Follow up with each rider until they complete 20 rides
- Report fleet additions and activations daily
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Clear and confident communicator
- Happy to work outdoors for most of the day
- Open to working in any Chennai area assigned
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Porur and nearby localities
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
