New to recruitment? This is a good place to start. Alphareach Technologies is hiring Junior Field Recruiters for Blinkit rider hiring, and we welcome applicants from Perungudi, Kandanchavadi, Kottivakkam and Thoraipakkam.
You will work alongside experienced team members, learning how to source riders, take them through onboarding and keep them active. Every rider you help get on the road counts towards your targets.
Even as a junior, you get the full package: ₹22,000 fixed per month, plus incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, deployed directly on the Blinkit assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and follow the rider sourcing and onboarding process
- Approach potential riders in your allocated area with support from the team
- Help candidates with document uploads and KYC
- Make follow-up calls to new riders until they complete 20 rides
- Note down your daily progress and ask for help when you are stuck
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome, and experienced candidates can also apply
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Friendly and comfortable talking to new people
- Ready to work in the field across Chennai
Nice to Have
- Any part-time, sales or customer-facing experience
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
