Alphareach Technologies is hiring Field Recruiters to bring two-wheeler riders onto the Blinkit platform. People living around Perambur, Vyasarpadi, Kolathur and Ayanavaram are well placed to apply.
North Chennai has many people who already own a bike or scooter and use it every day. With a bit of guidance, many of them can start earning from delivery work. You will find them and show them how.
You will receive a ₹22,000 fixed monthly salary, plus incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, according to the applicable incentive plan.
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Deployment: directly on the Blinkit rider hiring assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Find two-wheeler owners interested in delivery work
- Check that candidates' vehicle and licence documents are in order
- Complete KYC and onboarding for each new rider
- Follow up until riders complete their first 20 rides
- Record daily how many riders you sourced, onboarded and activated
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Basic understanding of two-wheeler licence and RC documents
- Friendly and persuasive in conversation
- Ready to work across Chennai as allocated
Nice to Have
- Contacts at two-wheeler service centres or bike stands
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
