OMR has grown fast, and so has the demand for quick deliveries to its apartments and offices. Alphareach Technologies is hiring Rider Recruitment Associates for the Blinkit assignment, and we would especially like to hear from people living near Sholinganallur, Navalur and Karapakkam.
As a Rider Recruitment Associate, you will find people who want to earn by delivering, help them sign up and stay in touch until they are riding regularly.
Pay: ₹22,000 fixed per month, plus incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, as set out in the applicable incentive plan.
Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with direct deployment on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit riders from the residential and commercial clusters in your allocated area
- Reach out to security staff, drivers and service workers who may want extra income
- Help candidates complete their documents and KYC
- Stay in contact with new riders until they reach 20 rides
- Update the team every evening on the day's results
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Polite, persuasive and easy to talk to
- Comfortable spending the day outdoors
- Flexible about working in other parts of Chennai
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the OMR IT corridor and nearby neighbourhoods
- Own two-wheeler
- Tamil and conversational English
