About the Role
Volume hiring is a numbers game, and some people love that. Alphareach Technologies is hiring Volume Hiring Executives for the Blinkit rider assignment, with candidates from Madhavaram, Moolakadai, Kolathur and Puzhal particularly welcome.
North Chennai's growing residential areas and busy transport links give you plenty of people to reach. You will run high-volume sourcing, keep candidates moving through onboarding and push activations up week after week.
Salary is fixed at ₹22,000 per month. Incentives are added for riders who complete 20 rides, under the applicable incentive plan.
Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will be deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach large numbers of potential riders every day
- Keep a fast pipeline from first contact to onboarding
- Complete documents and KYC efficiently for many candidates
- Follow up on activations so riders reach 20 rides
- Review your weekly numbers and set targets for the next week
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply
- High energy and comfort with repetitive outreach
- Target-oriented, with good time management
- Available for field work anywhere in Chennai
Nice to Have
- Experience in tele-calling, field sales or volume hiring
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
