About the Role
Alphareach Technologies is hiring Fleet Onboarding Executives for the Blinkit assignment in Chennai. If you live near Kolathur, Villivakkam, Perambur or Madhavaram, we would be glad to see your application.
As a Fleet Onboarding Executive, you will make sure new riders actually join the fleet. You will move each candidate through paperwork, verification and their first deliveries without letting them drop off.
This position carries a fixed salary of ₹22,000 per month, plus incentives tied to riders completing 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new riders into the delivery fleet quickly and correctly
- Check documents and complete KYC verification
- Help riders with app setup and their first deliveries
- Follow up daily until each new rider completes 20 rides
- Keep an accurate onboarding record for the fleet
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Careful with details and documents
- Patient when helping people with apps and forms
- Willing to work in any Chennai area
Nice to Have
- Experience in onboarding, operations or customer support
- Fluency in Tamil
- Own two-wheeler
