A talent sourcer finds people before anyone else does. Alphareach Technologies is hiring Field Talent Sourcers for the Blinkit rider hiring assignment in Chennai. If you are based around Kodambakkam, West Mambalam, Vadapalani or Nungambakkam, you already know the streets this job needs.
Your focus is the top of the hiring funnel: spotting likely candidates, starting conversations and passing strong leads through to onboarding.
Salary is ₹22,000 per month fixed. You earn incentives when sourced riders complete 20 rides, under the applicable incentive plan.
You will work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, deployed directly on the Blinkit assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Find new pools of potential riders in your allocated area
- Start conversations and qualify candidates on the spot
- Hand over interested candidates for documentation and KYC
- Follow up with your leads until they are active and complete 20 rides
- Try new sourcing methods and report which ones work best
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Curious, observant and good at spotting opportunities
- Comfortable approaching people you do not know
- Ready to work outdoors in any part of Chennai
Nice to Have
- Experience in sourcing, lead generation or field sales
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
