Alphareach Technologies is hiring Field Staffing Executives for the Blinkit assignment, and welcomes candidates from Egmore, Purasaiwakkam, Kilpauk and Chintadripet.
Staffing is about filling roles quickly with the right people. You will connect job seekers with delivery riding opportunities on Blinkit and support them until they are earning.
You get ₹22,000 per month fixed, and incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect job seekers, including people new to Chennai, with delivery riding work
- Source candidates around transit hubs and busy commercial streets
- Complete documents, KYC and onboarding for each new rider
- Follow up until riders complete their first 20 rides
- Report staffing numbers to your team lead daily
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Approachable and helpful with people new to the city
- Comfortable in crowded, fast-moving places
- Ready for any allocated Chennai area
Nice to Have
- Background in staffing or manpower agencies
- Tamil plus Hindi or English
- Own two-wheeler
