Alphareach Technologies needs Rider Onboarding Associates for the Blinkit rider hiring assignment. If you live near Chromepet, Pallavaram, Hasthinapuram or Nagalkeni, this one is worth a look.
This role is about converting interest into active riders. Plenty of people say they want to join, but far fewer finish the paperwork and start delivering. You will be the person who closes that gap.
Your fixed salary is ₹22,000 per month. You also earn incentives when the riders you onboard complete 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Timings are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will work directly on the Blinkit assignment through Alphareach Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Take interested candidates through every step of onboarding
- Verify documents and complete KYC accurately
- Fix common problems that stop riders from going live
- Follow up with each rider until they finish 20 rides
- Keep the onboarding tracker current for your allocated area
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both considered
- Organised, careful and patient
- Comfortable with smartphones and app-based processes
- Ready for field work around Chennai
Nice to Have
- Experience in documentation, KYC or customer onboarding
- Fluency in Tamil
- Own two-wheeler
