About the Role
Alphareach Technologies is hiring Recruitment Executives for rider onboarding on the Blinkit assignment in Chennai. Applicants from Ashok Nagar, K.K. Nagar, West Mambalam and Kodambakkam are welcome.
This role puts equal weight on recruiting and onboarding. You will bring candidates in, then personally make sure their paperwork, verification and first rides go smoothly.
Your package is a fixed ₹22,000 per month, plus incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, according to the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with direct deployment on the Blinkit rider hiring assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit rider candidates through field outreach and referrals
- Handle the full onboarding process for each candidate you recruit
- Verify documents and complete KYC
- Support new riders through their first deliveries up to 20 rides
- Keep your recruitment and onboarding records accurate
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable with app-based onboarding steps
- Willing to work anywhere in Chennai
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruitment or onboarding support
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
