Ambattur and its neighbouring areas, Padi, Korattur and Mogappair, have a large working population and plenty of people who would welcome a steady earning option. Alphareach Technologies is hiring Bulk Hiring Executives to recruit riders in volume for the Blinkit assignment.
Bulk hiring means more conversations, more follow-ups and a fast pace. You will run sourcing drives that bring in many candidates at once, then make sure they actually complete onboarding.
Monthly salary: ₹22,000 fixed. Incentives: paid for riders who complete 20 rides, per the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise sourcing drives that reach many candidates in a single day
- Manage a high volume of candidate calls and messages
- Complete documentation and KYC for groups of new riders
- Track activation for each batch and follow up until riders reach 20 rides
- Report batch-wise hiring and activation numbers
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Comfortable handling many candidates at the same time
- Energetic, organised and quick to respond
- Open to field work anywhere in Chennai
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in bulk or volume hiring
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
