About the Role
Are you based around Adyar, Besant Nagar, Kotturpuram or Indira Nagar? Alphareach Technologies is looking for Field Recruiters to hire delivery riders for Blinkit, and local candidates from this part of south Chennai are very welcome.
Adyar has a mix of old neighbourhoods, colleges and busy shopping streets, so there are plenty of people looking for flexible work. Your job is to reach them, explain the opportunity and help them get started.
You will draw a fixed monthly salary of ₹22,000. You will also earn performance incentives whenever your riders complete 20 rides, per the applicable incentive plan.
Expect to work 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on direct deployment with the Blinkit hiring assignment.
Living nearby helps, but we hire for the whole city and confirm area allocation at joining. Freshers are welcome, and so is anyone with prior hiring experience. Apply Now →
