About the Role
Looking for an HR role where you are out meeting people instead of filing paperwork? Alphareach Technologies is hiring Field HR Executives for rider hiring on the Blinkit assignment in Chennai.
You will handle the people side of building a delivery fleet: finding candidates, explaining the role honestly, getting their documents in order and supporting them through their first days.
You will be paid a fixed ₹22,000 per month, plus incentives linked to riders completing 20 rides, as per the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will be deployed directly on Blinkit rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen delivery rider candidates in the field
- Brief candidates on earnings, expectations and the joining process
- Verify documents and coordinate KYC for each new rider
- Check in with new riders to solve early problems and keep them active
- Maintain candidate records and share hiring updates with the team
- Deliver on monthly hiring and activation goals
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both considered
- Interest in HR, recruitment or people operations
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel within Chennai
- Good listening and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Degree or coursework in HR or business administration
- Fluency in Tamil
- Own two-wheeler
