About the Role
Alphareach Technologies is hiring Onsite Rider Recruiters who will be deployed directly on the Blinkit rider hiring assignment in Chennai.
Direct deployment means you work on the Blinkit project day to day, close to the stores and teams that need riders, while being employed by Alphareach Technologies.
You will receive a fixed ₹22,000 per month, plus performance incentives for riders who complete 20 rides, according to the applicable incentive plan.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on the Blinkit hiring assignment alongside the operations teams
- Recruit riders based on the store-level needs you see each day
- Complete documents, KYC and onboarding for new riders
- Follow up until each rider completes 20 rides
- Share hiring updates with both Alphareach and the project team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Comfortable working on site, close to operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ready for field work across Chennai
Nice to Have
- Experience in on-site or client-deployed roles
- Own two-wheeler
- Fluency in Tamil
