Alphareach Technologies is looking for Delivery Rider Recruiters to build up the rider fleet for Blinkit in Chennai.
Your job is simple to describe and satisfying to do well: meet people looking for flexible delivery income, show them how to get started, and stay with them until they are delivering regularly.
Salary is ₹22,000 per month, fixed. Incentives are paid on top when your riders complete 20 rides, according to the incentive plan that applies.
You will work 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, deployed directly on the Blinkit hiring assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Approach potential riders at markets, bus stands, colleges and residential pockets
- Answer questions about earnings, working hours and the joining process
- Help candidates upload documents and finish KYC verification
- Track each new rider's first deliveries and help them reach 20 rides
- Share daily hiring numbers with your team lead
- Work towards your weekly and monthly onboarding targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates
- Clear speaking skills and patience with first-time job seekers
- Willing to travel across Chennai for field sourcing
- Reliable about follow-up calls and messages
Nice to Have
- Contacts among delivery riders, drivers or two-wheeler owners
- Own bike or scooter
- Tamil and basic English
