About the Role
Delivery partners are the people customers actually meet at the door. Alphareach Technologies needs Delivery Partner Recruiters in Chennai to bring more of them onto the Blinkit platform.
You will work directly on the Blinkit hiring assignment. That means talking to students, job seekers, part-timers and two-wheeler owners about how delivery work can fit into their lives.
You receive ₹22,000 per month as fixed pay. Delivery partners you recruit who complete 20 rides earn you incentives as per the applicable incentive plan.
The working day runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Freshers and experienced recruiters are equally welcome to apply. Being trustworthy matters a lot here, because candidates decide to join based on what you tell them. Apply Now →
